Site to help co-ordinate work organized by projects.
The purpose of this site is to provide a place where developers of OpenPKG packages can co-ordinate work by SIGs (Special Interest Groups).
The site was created on January 18th 2005, and hasn't even gotten to the ``under construction'' phase het.
